E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are a rapidly growing eCommerce business specializing in shower heads, generating over $1million in annual revenue. We have been in business since 2014 and sell on Upgrade to see actual info and Shopify using Amazon FBA fulfillment. We are looking to hire someone for the long term, so a positive and ambitious attitude is a must. Part 1: Listing Creation and Optimization

- Experienced with Amazon Seller Central
- Performs keyword research in Helium 10, using our subscription
- Creates new product listings on Amazon and Shopify.
- Creates Enhanced Brand Content on Amazon
- Knowledgable with Canva or PhotoShop to create custom sized images and graphics for product listings
- Monitors existing listings for issues, improvements, etc.

Part 2: Logistics and Shipping

- You should have a basic knowledge of how to create Amazon FBA Shipments.
- Sends FBA shipping details and labels to our Freight Forwarder.

Part 3: Customer Service Support

- We have a full time Customer Service Manager already. However, as order volume picks up, we likely will need help handling order fulfillment and processing shipping information.

Schedule

Work schedule is 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday. Overtime is available on a case-by-case basis, voluntary to the employee but must be approved by the employer.

You will be required to use a time tracker software that takes screenshots of your work progress. We require that you work for us 100% of the time in your schedule. Working multiple jobs is an immediate fireable offense. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for straddling multiple jobs.

On-Boarding

You will be working with me, Justin. I will help you hit the ground running over the first Upgrade to see actual infoom there, I believe in autonomy , although I'm absolutely there for you throughout the course of your work. I will work with you on some projects, but certain tasks will be autonomous. I understand that experience may vary. But what is absolutely a must for me is working with someone who is excited to work and respects the schedule.
