Amazon Virtual Assistant (15 Hours)

Looking to hire a virtual assistant for our expanding Amazon FBA business. This VA will be required to do customer service related tasks purely via written response, as well as data entry into multiple reports we have created to track areas such as performance.

Job duties:
• Amazon Account Management
• Customer Support via message response within a 24 hour period
• Daily Product Research using Viral Launch
• Data entry and performance management
• Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
• Listing Optimization & Creation
• Digital tasks: web, lead generation, social media
• Other miscellaneous tasks related to our Amazon brand
• Ability to support other personal brands as needed

Requirements:
• Strong and consistent wifi with their own computer / laptop
• Strong written and spoke english communication
• 3 years of recent Amazon experience
• 1 year of consistent product research experience: ideally using Viral Launch
• Proficient with using Microsoft excel
• Ability to work Night shift to support PST time
