About the Client:
Our client based in the USA offers a privacy-safe smart home solution that protects property(s) inside and outside. Their product is the first easy-to-use, preventative noise monitoring solution with wire-free, completely weatherproof outdoor sensors.
They need someone to monitor and respond to the alerts and provide concise reporting.
Responsibilities:
Compile Reservations into a single document, daily by 4 pm CST
All reservations will be sent to a specific
all reservations must be compiled into a single document to be used by anyone monitoring alerts - deadlines for submission: 5 PM CST
this document is saved, published and used for anyone monitoring alerts daily
Monitor alerts daily from 6 pm-6 am
Agents will be responsible for monitoring alerts and messaging guests directly when specified rules are broken after messaging the guest
Using the reservation document compiled from task 1, the agent will be able to provide copy from the client, as well as the correct phone number for the corresponding property
Every alert will be logged, as well as every message to a guest and any escalations taken on an event log in the document created from task 1
The completed log will be saved, published daily
Provide Weekly reports to individual clients based on actions taken during monitoring
From the completed log in task 2, the agent will be responsible for separating an event log for every client
for any successful interventions, there will be a screenshot included as well
These individual client-specific reports will be submitted weekly to each individual client
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skill
Customer service experience
Has high attention to detail
Awesome time management skill
Reasonable sense of urgency
Proactive and motivated
Tech-savvy: won't have trouble navigating through apps and tools
Collaborative
Reinforced home office set up that is backed up with contingency measures
Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 5mbps internet speed
Proficient with the following tools:
Slack
Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
CallFire (SMS tool)
