Lead Digital Marketing Assistant

Chubby Hospitality is a fast growing Restaurant Management and Marketing firm located in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. We are actively searching for a full time digital marketing team member who will work directly with the business owners to develop an ongoing process to grow the online presence of our brands and communicate with followers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to all comments and inquiries on social media platforms
Create lists of leads and customers
Educate customers and prospective customers on brand, concept and products
Schedule emails and social media posts
Address and resolve customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner; ensure a level of service that results in high customer loyalty and satisfaction
Assist with lease renewals, move-out process and resident transfers
Manage the shared email inbox, responding and organizing emails as they come in
Manage Sojo Stay’s Facebook page, Facebook messenger, and Instagram
Improve customer satisfaction and manage on-site personnel
Perform cold email outreach
Create lists of prospective customers
Perform various strategies to increase brand awareness and reach
Capture and organize emails by category and create appropriate marketing campaigns
Become familiar with online marketing platforms such as Shopify, Clickfunnels and Mailchimp
Prepare and organize email marketing campaign ads
Occasionally updating and managing brand website
Post blog articles on WordPress/Elementor
Upload videos to Youtube





Skills:
Possess excellent written English skills (Near native English ability)
Internet savvy
Experience using Clickfunnels, Shopify and Mailchimp, or something similar, is required
High aptitude for learning new software.
Very organized
Able to follow video and audio instructions by the owner and document it in written form to create usable manuals to train other future customer service reps.
Must have experience with social media marketing and management
Website development with elementor/word press is a major advantage
Video editing in iMovie and graphic design in Canva
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of digital marketing experience
Must have experience using Clickfunnels and Shopify
College educated
Highly proficient written English, proficient/good in speaking English
Must have reliable high speed internet
High energy, positive attitude, eager to help grow business
Go-getter personality - Takes initiative, suggests better ways of doing things, goes beyond what was asked
Maintain continuous contact via chat with the business owner throughout work day
Write a daily report of accomplishments, challenges, things learned, and goals
Always smiling!


Opportunity:

Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Boston, East Coast, USA Time. (Some days can be flexible)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Off: Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $400-$500/month USD
Paid 1 week trial
After 3 months of employment 10 paid personal days per year and increase in monthly pay
