Remote Network Engineer Support Job

Are you a CCNP? Or do you have CCNP level networking knowledge? Do you have lots of experience with Cisco technologies? Are you interested in a full-time remote job supporting students from around the world? If so, then this may be the right job for you.

Our company has been employing Filipino workers for over 8 years in full time positions. We have an immediate opening for an experienced network engineer, full time (40 hours/week).

The best person for this position will have these skills:
* CCNP certified or equivalent knowledge
* Excellent command of English language - especially written
* Ability to answer technical questions politely even when dealing with demanding students
* 5 years of practical, real world experience
* Ideally have knowledge of the following technologies and vendors: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP level), AWS, Python, Ansible, VMWare, Azure.
* Residing in the Philippines.
* A degree in computer science is a plus.

Responsibilities will include:
* Answering student questions on various platforms such as Discord or Udemy
* Helping test lab topologies
* Other technical tasks as determined from time to time.
