SVG Logo Animation Needed

I need to animate a part of a logo using svg, css. Basically I would like part of the logo to animate when someone mouses over it. I have an example to share and the actual logo to use.

Please apply only if you have this experience or can perform this task in a timely manner. I would like to get this done asap and looking to hire today.

This is a one-time project, but will likely require more projects after this first one is complete.
