JOB OVERVIEW

I am a Realtor seeking an assistant who can provide support in the daily marketing and administrative activities needed in my business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, know how to follow written and verbal instructions/directions, be detail-oriented, be able to work in a fast-paced virtual environment, take initiative to grow personally & professionally, and have a positive attitude. This position will start with part-time hours during the first 2 weeks and increase to full time (40 hours), afterwards. You must be available between the hours of 9am-5pm CST. You must be fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.


Job Description
GOALS:
• To help the agent increase business
• To help the agent decrease expenses
• To assist the agent in developing clients for life
• To keep agent on track
• To monitor goals
• To handle administrative duties


KEY TASKS:
-Lead generation/Follow Up texts and emails
-Database/Lead Management: adding/deleting leads, setting up reminders, implementing drip campaigns, updating client info, creating listing alerts, email/text blasts
-Social Media Management (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Youtube, etc); Manage and enhance my social presence; getting subscribers/likes/followers
-Calendar Management
-Research and pull Expired, FSBO, & Absentee Owner listings
- Update/Enhancing websites with listing information, status, and photos (Craigslist, Trulia, Zillow/Trulia, etc.).
-Prepare Buyer, Prelisting, & Listing consultation packages
-MLS: input listings, update property status
-File Management: manage files for active, pending, & closed client files
-Scheduling showings
-Light Graphics work: design flyers/digital marketing materials
-Recording webinars when needed
-Maintaining and improve Instructions/Operations Manual weekly
-Attend ongoing training on business tools, business growth strategies, etc
-Knowledge of SEO & social bookmarking is a plus
