We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce

Requirements:
-Fluent English
-Experience using ZenDesk (or other customer service CRM'sinclude specifics in your response)
-Experience doing customer service for Dropshipping or E-Commerce stores
-Must be able to work 9-5 MST
-Must know how to use Shopify
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer requests on ZenDesk in perfect English
-Issue refunds according to our refund policy
-Re-Send products to customers when needed
-Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 2 business days, preferably 1)
-Communicate On Zoom daily with our support team
-Display a high level of professionalism at all times
