General Full-time Shopify VA

We run multiple 6 & 7-figure eCommerce businesses and receive dozens of support requests every day.

We are (immediately) looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant who can help us managing the daily tasks of the stores. You will be an important part of the company, ensuring that our shopping customers have an amazing experience.??We require someone with great customer service experience. Customer satisfaction is a priority! Ideally, this candidate has experience with Shopify, AliExpress, Zendesk and DSers.

Duties include:
* Responding to and solving support tickets
* Moderating Facebook page
* Refunding Orders, Handling Returns/Exchanges, Updating Tracking, etc
* Coordinate and manage communications with our suppliers
* Fulfil orders through AliExpress
* Daily check-ins
* Handling Fraud orders - ask for verification
* Responding to chargebacks
