JOB OVERVIEW

As Neuro’s Digital Ads Specialist you will manage our internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and analysis of ad performance across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning, testing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing investments and initiatives for SEM, SEO, affiliates, display/retargeting, email, and referral Upgrade to see actual info addition, you will help build retention and lifecycle initiatives, developing innovative ways to nurture long-term customer relationships, reduce churn, and improve engagement and lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
- Direct all SEM, SEO, affiliates, display/retargeting, email, and lead generate/online referral programs
- Ensure investments and efforts within each program drive the forecasted amount of qualified traffic, demand, and buyers for each program
- Research and test keyword choices, and be ready to change them when you do not see results
- Landing page optimization
- Manage our list growth tactics, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Ensure continual optimization of each program to drive results versus forecast on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Oversee efforts to ensure optimal allocation of the weekly budget investments in each program.
- Help drive awareness for new content, company announcements, upcoming product releases, and additions to our scientific team.
- Develop tools and manage reporting to measure and forecast churn, activation, retention, and subscription conversion performance.
- Identify key metrics and establish dashboards to optimize activation and retention programs.
- Understand SEO trends and outsmart Google’s ever-changing algorithms
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to align on digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent, seamless customer experience, leveraging best practices.

Requirements:
- Preferably with prior experience in the CPG category and/or experience with startups.
- Successful track record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and understands how to optimize digital ads platforms to deliver overall company goals and metrics.
- Strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy, and a dedication to creating great consumer experiences.
- Takes ownership, problem solves, and demonstrates a high level of accountability.
- Deep understanding of the current digital landscape and anticipates future digital marketing programs
- Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and - objectives, and delivering analysis, and recommendations.
