I have 1.18 subscribers and over 4000 viewing hours total but need this number UP to get Ads on my channel. I'm looking to grow channel to get advertising, more views and subscribers to become an Influencer in my niche of Life & Love Coaching.

Must know all social media, be great at Content Creation & English to post Podcasts and Videos to help blow up the channel and bring people back to listen to more
• Must Market well into USA, Australia, UK and Canada & get English speaking listeners (NO BOTS- Organic traffic).
• Need Excellent weekly podcast editor that can edit podcast intro/outtro/commercials & meet deadlines on time.
• Create balance of thumbnails that have not been updated on site, keeping the feel of the newer thumbnails for branding purposes (Classy and upscale) - create new ones as more content is uploaded
• Ad Subscribe Now to all videos at the end – or the beginning of videos
• Do 1 minute or less audiograms w/copy on Headliner and post on YT and other social media every Friday am
• Edit exciting videos I will be doing to help grow channel with creative titles, video effects, music
+ Create advertising Videos to put on YouTube ADS that will convert and get me Ongoing LEADS - Monitor the Back-end Analytics of YouTube Ads to see if they are converting, tweek, edit if not; Keeping an eye on Competition
• Self-motivated and Self-directed to do what is best for the channel to get it “out there” & GROW to Influencer status
• Get ads to Monetize the channel
• Find places for my ads (competion) that will bring me more customers from their clients viewers
• Creation to get more WATCH HOURS & Subs and opt in for items at Upgrade to see actual info
• Build Know- Like & Trust factor for my Coaching
• Podcast editing must be done by THURS Noon so I can place it on Libsyn for Friday 6 am Release. Once its released on YT we have to check the copy, change the title w/Keywords, and upload new thumbnail. Once it is released, we can do the Audiogram on Headliner, with copy, release to YT and all social media, along with the new podcast – on Fridays.
++Work with other Team members for the good of the channel, to sell coaching products & Courses, and bring in regular Leads

I’m a Global Life & Relationship Expert for Singles & Couples and have about 200 podcasts and interviews on the channel now. Each needs better promotion, editing and some are missing better thumbnails. Need strategist that can work with what I have now and blow it up to be a bigger Influencer channel. Im close to 100 shows for Podcast, after that I will be doing 4-8 minute Coaching videos for the podcast that will be audio and video - want more creative video production to grab attention & raise watch hours!

GOAL – To bring me more High-end Coaching Clients, Celebs, Pro Sports Players – anyanyone that has had past Childhood or Love Trauma. Get people to the Upgrade to see actual info website for the CTAs of Free eBook, Free Book Chapter downloads of my #1 Bestseller – LOVE Beyond Your Dreams & LIVE Beyond Your Dreams; and to take the 4 Free Love Tests. To establish me as an Expert, yet as empathetic, loving, kind and caring.

• Need to work along with Experts Advice and guidance in how to best do this, with them doing the marketing, editing, promotion, Creating of and monitoring all ADS, and social media posts to get people to the channel from all other sources. I will continue doing the weekly podcasts and then hand them a Two mini videos a week to edit & put out there (Tues and Fri) with keywords and copy.
• Want some fun, creative editing that can help some go viral if possible. Hope to get some of my ads on other's channels as well - need a YouTube expert that understands all aspects of marketing an Influencer on YouTube and then on other platforms to get them over to YouTube to see the videos or hear the podcasts
