JOB OVERVIEW

1. Responsibilities and Duties
- Answering and directing Whatsapp messages for Director.
- Reminders and Scheduling meetings and appointments for Director.
- Taking notes and minutes in online meetings.
- Preparing documents for meetings and business trips.
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
- Going through back-end system and filtering out potential clients (will undergo training)
- Sorting, tidying and updating dropbox with all relevant and updated documents.
- In-charged of all documentation procedures and process.
- Basically to be the arms and legs of Director.

2. Requirements / Qualifications
- Willing to learn
- Honest and hardworking
- Preferably has prior secretarial/administrative work
- Superior English Communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented

Desirable:
- Knowledge of data protection
- Knowledge in social media marketing

Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 5mbps
- Webcam and mic
- Be active on WhatsApp for communication

4. Work Hours and Schedule
40 hours per week; Mondays - Fridays; Singapore Time (Same as Philippines Standard Time)
However you should still be reachable on Saturdays and Sundays for any reminders and communications.

There will be a first week trial period, if work quality is undesirable, salary will be paid immediately for 1 week equivalent and engagement terminated.

5. Work Duration
Full-time, monthly

6. Rate or Salary Range
17,000 to 20,000 PHP depending on your qualification and experience

7. Payment Method
Direct Bank Transfer (Bank Wire)

8. Payment Frequency
On every 15th and 30th of the month
