We are looking for friendly and engaging customer service representatives for our fast-growing e-Commerce brand.
To be suitable you must have experience working with Shopify and customer service platforms such as Zendesk and Gorgias, as well as moderating
You must also be willing to use Slack for communication with the team. We currently use Gorgias for handling tickets.

For the right candidate we will start you on a trial but move you to a full time roll within 1-2 months at most.
