JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring for a Social Media Manager and Assistant to the President of a tea company, Naja Tea (Upgrade to see actual info).

You will be responsible for supporting the President in growing the company's Social Media following (Instagram and Facebook), expanding our Tea Ambassador Program through research and outreach to ideal collaborators via email and IG Direct messages, managing our Ambassador Facebook group, and helping prepare presentations and content for weekly Ambassador trainings.

Additionally, this role will require the candidate to support the President with email marketing to our e-commerce customers, Ambassadors and wholesale customers.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Creative
- Great content writing
- Highly organized
- Able to manage projects
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to design graphics (Canva, photoshop etc)
- Knowledge of e-commerce
- Technology know-how

I am looking for someone who is responsive, gets tasks done in a timely manner, asks questions when needed, and that can self-manage their workload via good time-management.
