We are an Australian E-Commerce business and are looking to employ a full time admin assistant/ bookkeeper. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in working for an Australian ecommerce business handling administrative tasks and general bookkeeping tasks.
General bookkeeping tasks
Invoice capturing and loading for payment
Seller pricing management
Insurance claims management
General admin tasks as required
The ideal candidate must have
Excellent attention to detail
High level of excel and google docs/ sheets skills
Excellent communication skills -
Proficient in english language
Reliable Laptop/ Computer, internet and backup
Available for immediate start
This position is full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard (Daylight Saving) time. The candidate must submit a brief summary of their skills outlining previous experience and qualifications and a summary of why they feel they are suitable to the role.
