The Law Office of Parag L. Amin, P.C. (“LawPLA”), is a successful, growing law practice seeking an experienced, motivated, smart, friendly, and outgoing Paralegal/Case Manager to join its fast-paced and exciting law practice.
We primarily handle plaintiff’s side business litigation and personal injury litigation, and those are our primary areas of focus, but LawPLA also has employment law and real estate litigation cases. We are passionate about what we do, and we are committed to getting results for our clients and making a positive difference in our clients’ lives.
3+ years of litigation experience required.
Here are a few tasks that the team-member will handle:
• drafting discovery responses and requests;
• e-filing legal documents;
• coordinating service of process;
• calendaring deadlines;
• client medical treatment follow-ups;
• requesting medical records;
• summarizing medical records;
• requesting bills;
• summarizing medical bills;
• drafting pleadings;
• legal research;
• court filings;
• proof-reading documents;
• following up on court filings;
• assisting with calls;
• assisting with client intake; and,
• speaking with and updating current clients about their case status.
