Esusu is the leading financial technology company providing data solutions for the low-to-middle income consumers.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales and Customer Success Team as a Sales and Customer Success Assistant. The role is in our Rent Reporting Division and may expand in time to manage requests from our Savings Division.
We need someone to:
- Communicate through text (messages,
- Keep internal Esusu team members updated on unresolved service requests and responsively identify trends
- Support through administrative support tasks for the Customer Service team and Sales team, including data entry into Sales and Customer Query systems, Client Research, and general administrative support
- Contribute to existing onboarding materials for future hires by documenting responses and building new processes and templates to drive efficiencies
- Identify customer issues with high impact and proactively resolve or escalate to prevent brand damage
- Support special projects being led by executive team members by setting up plans, coordinating team members, executing activities and keeping team members updated on progress
- Make project decisions based on our company's goals and mission
