The preferred candidate will become a quick study of our properties, their surrounding areas and amenities, and how and where to direct prospective buyers to find answers to their specific questions (eg. zoning, utility hook-up fees, etc.).
That said, we know our prospects buy on emotion and the job of the Sale Lead will be to tap into that emotion and help paint a picture of what their life will look like when they own a particular piece of land. Qualifications
Consistency and Persistence. Eagerness to talk with prospective buyers on the phone. We’re currently using Follow Up Boss and Investment Dominator as our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Previous working knowledge of these is preferred but not required. The willingness and ability to learn this CRM system is required.
Because of your advanced Excel skills (like you love spreadsheets!), close attention to detail, thrill of being organized, and keen understanding of social media marketing, you will have an opportunity to make a long-term growth plan for yourself and learn a lot about business along the way.
Admin/Lead Manager, Land Flipping Business
Uploading lists
Data management, scrubbing, manipulation
Handle incoming questions for property
Complete all supporting documents for land purchases and sales such as warranty deeds, county filings, etc.
Help purchase land
Track commissions and verify numbers for splits/transactions
Marketing Manager, Financial and Land Flipping Business
Create social media marketing campaigns
Some light video editing for marketing and social media
Manage social media accounts
Copywriting and ad creation
Manage incoming leads
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Excel, advanced level required
1+ years of client or customer care experience
Social media management
Nice-to-haves:
Can do pivot tables in Excel
Knowledge of financial planning
Knowledge of land buying/selling
The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail, enjoys administrative duties, and is very good communicating and coordinating amongst various people.
