I am looking for a passionate writer with a semi-fluent command of the English language to join my writing team. You will be writing blogs for a website in the environmental niche and must have a deep love and respect for our planet. Topics include sustainable housing, fashion, furniture, technology, beauty, and more.

Our posts help people learn how to live sustainably in all areas of their lives.

Your primary responsibility is to produce quality content between 1,000-3,000 words per article and roughly 40,000 words per month. Some posts will be informational, while others attempt to provide sound buying advice in the form of product reviews.

Only apply for full-time work and prefer long term engagements over freelance and one-off projects. My site needs your dedication. You play a critical role in our success; creating meaningful content every day, and working closely with me.

Although it is a full-time position, count on reliable, weekly pay that will always be on time.

Responsibilities

> 2,000 words per day of well researched and cited text using a conversational and active voice (we're blogging, remember, so we need to come off as personable yet authoritative)
> Daily communication
> No disappearing on me
> Taking new challenges on from time to time

Requirements

> When you get stuck, come to me for help
> Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection (although I understand that power outages happen. Please do your best and let us know about power outages when they occur)
> Native English speaker/writer with a passion for sustainability and an eco-friendly lifestyle
> Follow the provided article briefs and style guides closely
> Correct grammar, typo-free, and fun-to-read copy is a must-have
> Obsessive about avoiding plagiarism/duplicate content while researching and writing
> Ability to work in Google Docs, Surfer SEO, and Grammarly (Don't worry. I can teach you, if not)
> Able to follow a content publishing schedule using Trello (I can show you, if not)
> Meet deadlines OR communicate ahead of time
