JOB OVERVIEW

My name is Ian Harvey, owner of an organization which we are now in the process of marketing and launching soon. We have a wonderful team and we are now in the need of a second virtual assistant to carry out important administrative assignments within one of our platforms.

Our administrative tasks could range from transcribing some information to email management. Making phone calls to clients, email marketing, speaking and writing English, knowledge of CRM, reaching out to a target audience, and recruiting models will be our main focus. Other qualifications we are seeking will be managing our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and perhaps working with podcasts and blog posts would also be good. There are several tasks in the administrative role that could also be helpful, and several that we will discover as we work together. We are looking for somebody who is qualified in the areas of sales representative, mobile marketing, social media marketing, website designing as well as cross-checking task as they are complete. A bonus would be able to have knowledge of Analytics. Knowledge of the keap platform will be a bonus.

Our booking keeping is fairly simple, had shouldn't take much time to maintain. We need to outsource these tasks to somebody who would do a great job! This would surely free up some of our time and will allow us to focus on more important tasks with the creative work we already do when it comes to advertising and promotions, and to keep this business growing to be an even bigger success for us all, including you!
