Role consists of 1-2 hours daily of Customer Support and Customer Service for small, family-run nature-focused e-commerce company.
Duties:
- answering customer service inquiries sent via chat and
- assisting our customers with their orders
- escalating requests as needed
Requirements:
- experience with Shopify
- experience with help desks such as Zendesk, gorgias, or re:amaze
- must have stable and fast internet connection
- must be able to read and write in fluent English
- must be available between 7am and 9am Pacific Time
Job has the potential to grow to include more tasks (and more paid hours) over time, but only if the candidate would like to take on more responsibility.
