Designer/Illustrator for High Quality T-Shirt Designs,

I am looking for a full-time designer/illustrator for the creation of various styles of t-shirt designs.
I run a small Merch business where I sell my products via various platforms such as Merch by
Amazon, KDP, Spreadshirt, Redbubble, Teepublic, Displate and Society6.
Your job would be to deliver new designs on a regular basis (about 5-10per day)
based on the guidance and topics I provide.
You should have strong illustration and ideally also typography skills, as nearly all designs require some form of text.
Your overall skills in both areas will determine whether you are hired
or not.
Please note that in the Merch industry, copyright and trademark laws are very Upgrade to see actual inforbon
copies or obviously traced references are absolutely prohibited and will result in your
immediate termination.

What will be expected from you:
- Good English language skills
- Good internet connection.
- Delivery of at least 5-10 designs per day-
- Mastering Affinity Designer / Photoshop Illustrator / or any other related software
- All designs must be in [AI / PSD] format
- Knowledge in Trademark (Don’t DO Superman or Disney Shirts )

Your designs must be 100% unique and created by yourself. You may use references, however the final designs must VERY different from the reference.
Don’t lie and don’t cheat. I can find almost every copy with the help of Google Image Search
or TinyEye.
