JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is an 8 year old startup, a leading & Europe's fastest growing healthcare digital marketing group in Ireland has an exciting new created role for a Personal Assistant.

This personal assistant role requires the candidate to undertake administrative, clerical and managerial tasks on behalf of managers and company directors.

Job Description:

As personal assistant, you are required to work closely with our managing director to help manage their workload, organize their day and free up their time by providing administrative support, on a one-to-one basis. As a personal assistant, you are required to have an in-depth knowledge of our organization and perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of our organization.


Main Responsibilities:

Support the Director in the daily running of the business.
Liaise with different departments and keep up-to-date on project progress and deadlines Manage incoming calls and direct each call appropriately.
Diary management - organizing, scheduling meetings, and setting up video conference calls.
Assist with business and marketing projects and presentations as needed. Such as onboarding new clients, using software such as Cpozsm.lab for project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree of any kind.
Marketing/advertising/sales background a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail
Organize meetings & teams
Excellent social media skills
Great content creator and writer for emails & blogs.
Understanding of Photoshop, Canva, Google ads, Facebook Upgrade to see actual infoanize tasks with project management softwares like Trello/Asana
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability and be able to work on own initiative
Total Confidentiality with highest level of integrity

Communication & reporting:
Communication is key; PA is required to have access to What'sapp & Skype and email at all times, especially during work hours with a strong internet connection for use of software, social media, Google drive and any other needed system.
Assist with communicating with other departments for updates on projects reports.
Create clients weekly reports.


Contract & Salary:
Initial 6 months probation contract.
Full contract award after successful 6 months for 2 years.
Full-time job.
Minimum 40 hours per week.
Mon - Fri (Some Saturdays, overtime work.)
Time of work: 9am - 5pm (Irish time, GMT + 0) / Flexible out of office hours must be included.
Must be available for all Mon - Fri, team meetings on a daily basis.
Monthly 400 USD. +
Bonuses: There will be an end of the year bonus based on performance. PA can also earn extra income in the form of commissions between 10%-20% of any product/service sales that he/she makes for our company.
