Financial Services Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter to help source and screen new recruits for our sales team.
Full-time , Home-based position.

Activities in this role include:
- Sourcing potential candidates using LinkedIn
- Screening a list of potential candidates over the phone
- Following up with potential leads via email and LinkedIn
- Creating a candidate sourcing report
- Weekly meetings with the hiring manager

Ideally you have:
- Stable Internet connection, and equipment (w/ noise cancelling headset)
- Would be able to work from home
- Have end-to-end recruiting experience
- Can work with 5hrs overlap with California (Pacific Standard Time)
