We are looking for a SOURCING ANALYST who will take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved.

Ideally, someone with:
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Solid judgment with the ability to make good decisions
- Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Result oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English

You will take care of the following responsibilities:
Ø Review Daily Purchase Price
Ø Manage Supplier Relationship
Ø Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
Ø Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives
Ø Establish purchasing policies and ensure compliance within the department
Ø Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization
Ø Lead department to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely fashion based upon vendor lead-time
Ø Implement Monthly Audit on all suppliers
