Well Paid, Home Based B2B Outbound Fronter/Cold Caller

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for 4 dedicated, reliable, honest and hardworking cold callers. This will be life changing for you if you commit yourself.

This will be a work from home job until we scale up and build a mini-call center. There's definitely room for career growth here and we'll make sure that you are well taken care of. You will be interviewed and screened and then you'll go through a trial period of 1 month (paid). If you pass, you will continue with a higher base pay and a bonus of $125 for every funded loan.

You will be on a predictive dialer, which will be making 300-500 outbound calls a day to US Based Businesses to qualify them for a business loan or business debt relief.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Available to work M-Th 9AM-6PM EST and F 9AM-1PM EST
which is
Monday - Thursday 9 PM - 6 AM Time in Philippines
Friday 9 PM - 1 AM Time in Philippines
* You will have 2 - 15-minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch daily except Friday
* Fluent or native English speaking (with little or no accent)
* Willing to learn
* Experience with Outbound Calling (fronting, closing, appointment setting, sales)
* Telemarketing or Call Center Experience (Preferred)
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written both)
* Detail oriented, Independent and able to do multi-tasking
* Must be residing in the Philippines
* Outstanding social skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to work in a quiet environment
* Must have a working Laptop/Desktop with minimum of 8 GB RAM and/or i5 core processor
* Must have Wired Internet Connection of minimum of 50 MBPS or higher
* Must have good sound quality headset with noise cancellation

COMPENSATION:
*30 Day trial Base Pay $125USD per week
*After 30 day trial, base pay will be $150USD per week with a bonus of $125USD per funded loan
