Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

- Create content calendars and make suggestions

- Provide various levels of customer service
- Type documents, and take notes
Personal Assistant
- Serve as a point of contact for other team members
- Send Slack messages with updates
- Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
- Research strategies
Sales Support
- Drive traffic to online storefronts
- Create promotional campaigns and events
- Find and engage potential customers
Operational Tasks
- Advise on best business practices
- Handle scheduling and delegate daily tasks
- Assign projects on Asana and ensure they are being completed by team members
- Improve processes based on suggestions
