Looking for a long term t-shirt designer (at least 300 designs / mo.)

Greetings potential future employee - I hope you are good and healthy!

I am currently looking for a full-time shirt designer for different niches in a long term position.
What I need is at least 300 designs per month, for 1.5$ each. I need someone who takes care of copyright, is able to communicate in English and delivers high quality designs (in .psd or .ai and transparent .png file) with 300dpi (vector) art and 4500x5400px resolution.

I will send you ideas of t-shirts I want you to make and then you can make them yourself in your own unique style. For example, I might send you an already existing t-shirt and I would need you create a better version that is in your own creative style.

I might also send you an idea in writing and you will create the design from my description.

I will provide a license for vectors that you can download (vexels and freepik). I need each one of these designs in three different versions:
- for a black shirt,
-in a distressed look for a black shirt
-and suitable for a white shirt.

The T-Shirt Graphic Designer / Illustrator must have these following skills:
- Create ORIGINAL creative T-Shirt designs.
- Provide .ai & .png files, as well as names and licenses of the fonts used
- DESIGN experience
- Be able to create original designs
- Fluent in English

It is VERY important that:
- You make sure NOTHING you design violates a copyright
- Nothing you send was ever presiously or will be never in the future be sent to anyone else (all original designs)
