T-Shirt Designer long term

Hello,
we are a european based, T-Shirt-company called FandSshirts. Our company is growing and we want to add 3 new grafik-designers to our young and creative team.

What are we looking for:
- Full time grafik-designer for t-shirts
- Long employment relationship (one or more years)
- You can create your own designs and start with a sketch and a pen
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator
- Knowledge in trademark (don’t do Batman shirts or don’t use vektors/graphics without license)
- Honesty and reliability
- Good english communication

At the beginning the payment will be approximately $400 (depending on the work done).

We'll look at all the applications and hire the top three designers.
Since we can only hire three designers and want to choose the three best, we will have a small competition. If you are still interested and understand everything, please start your reply mail with the following words "I am the best for this job". If you have survived the first round, we will send you three left or ideas for a T-shirt in the second round. You have to create three designs for these ideas and send them back to us (a deadline will be announced). We hope to see you soon on our team.
