We are a very new Credit Repair Company, excited to make a step in hiring new team members, that will provide customer service to are clients and assist with the onboarding process and nurturing new leads into actual clients.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- starting pay 20,000 - 25,000 /month salary
-Earn up to 400 USD monthly plus sales and tasks Incentives
-2.50 - 3.00 hours USD
- pay on 15th and 30th
- 2 weeks paid vacation each year
- National holidays off (Paid)
- 13th month bonus, starting December
- 10% raise each year on Anniversary date
- Night hours (day time United states hours)
- Paid training if you want to increase your skills
- If you have any other requests for what I can provide for you let me know in your application

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
- Must have your own good working computer
- Must have high speed internet
- Must be willing to learn and take assignments
- Perform virtual assistant duties
- Must communicate through what's app, Skype or other
- Must complete 40 hours per week
- Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
- Software, Office Suite and research tool would be an asset
- Send daily emails of progress towards tasks.
- Provide feedback to me if there is anything you are struggling with or want to improve.
- Communicate to me if you need resources or help with anything.
- Positive outlook and forward thinking about business goals.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Hardworking and reliable
- Speak and write fluent English
- Customer service experience would be an asset
- must know how to use CRM
- At least 3 consecutive years verifiable employment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong internet connection
- Working laptop/pc
- Noise cancelling headset
- Willing to do night shift
- Very responsive with calls, email and Skype
- Accept inbound calls (sales leads)
- Do outbound calls (after sales service)
