JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a logistics company looking for an Administrative Assistant/Data Processor to work with their NY team on a long term engagement. Work includes report generation/preparation, data processing such as order entry, style info entry, etc. Most of the work takes place on their proprietary software (which they will train you on), Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and MS Outlook. Good communication with team members in NY and in other remote locations is essential.

Ca
ndidates must have prior experience in data processing, report generation, invoicing, excellent analytical, mathematical competencies and fluency in English. They will also need their own PC with at least 4MB RAM, MS Office (at least 2016 or Office 365) and a consistent and fast internet connection. Candidates will be needed for 30 to 40 hours per week during NY business hours.


Salary: $3/hour, non-negotiable;
Work hours: 9am-530pm EDT (9pm-530am, Manila time), non-negotiable
