Social Media Content Creation and Posting for US Based Winery and E-Commerce Store

We are looking for a solid individual who can help take our social media presence to the next level. We are currently running FB Ads to generate traffic to our site which is working wonderfully but as I have next to zero real knowledge of what I'm doing with it I would like to bring on some help. Currently we are generating about 1k in orders per day on 50 in ad spend. We have also been neglecting our normal Facebook posts as we can't keep up with it currently so we would also like to get that turned around. We are looking for a creative thinking individual who isn't afraid to push the boundaries a little bit. We create unique wines which allows us to be a little different and we enjoy that.
