Sales & Operations - Shopify Ecommerce Specialist

The USA-based Ecommerce company is currently looking for a REMOTE Business Development and Operations Representative to join the quickly growing team.

Main responsibilities:
Build a sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication through phone, e-mail, or chat.
Closing Sales opportunities with leads provided by the company.
Tracking payments after closed sales.
Cooperating with the Managing Directors to manage the day to day operations in the company.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with other internal departments.
Ensuring our manufacturer partners meet their commitments, and treating each partner with the same level of care and empathy.


We are looking for:

Fluency in English both written and spoken
Fast internet connection (20Mps+)
Great team-working skills
Can-do mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Availability to work full-time and be flexible in the shifts (Graveyard Shifts)
2+ years of Customer Support or Sales Experience.
Basic understanding of SHOPIFY, ASANA, SLACK, G-SUITE.
Understanding of Klavyio, Wave is a plus.
