****Direct Hire Position NO AGENCIES!****

This is a work from home position. We do not want to hire through an Upgrade to see actual infolls will be recorded with live transfer, so the caller being hired must make the calls. Pay is $5 per hour and $6 after the first 30 days - plus bonus .25 cents per nurture, $10 for appointment and $50 per deal as a discretionary bonus which can be higher.

Job Description:
We are Looking for 1 Highly Experienced Motivated Outbound calling superstar! This is for our real estate company.

- Making 80-100 real contacts per day minimum!

We want talent. Someone who knows how to close over the Upgrade to see actual infotting appointments with FSBO's, Expireds, Probate, Circle Prospecting, etc.

Hours: 45 to 50 hours per week
8 am-5 pm EST. Mon-Fri
9 am – 6 pm -Tuesday -Thursday
4 to 8 hours – weekends -flexible
-One 30 min lunch break


Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 3 years of call center experience
• Working laptop or desktop- i3 4th gen and up, 4GB RAM minimum.
• Experience with multiple line dialers and CRM ( Mojo, Vulcan 7,)
• Experience with RingCentral, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
• DSL High Speed Internet 10mbps or higher
• Must work overnight shift (Day time EST)
• Effective at using Skype or Zoom
• Excellent communication and call handling skills
• Quick learner
• Able to take detailed notes
• Able to understand, speak and write English well
• USB headset for talking to leads
• Must be able to work effectively with no distractions

Inside Sales Agent Overview:

Responsible for making outbound calls to generate business for Buyer Specialists and Listing Specialists. Responsibilities: ? Make calls to all leads/prospects with a goal of 50 contacts a day. ? Call the maximum number of leads/prospects each hour to produce maximum results. ? Make follow up calls assigned via the CRM. ? Call and/or email all leads/prospects until they are reached or verified as invalid. ? Follow the approved scripts provided by the team without improvising. ? Log all calls made for the day using Mojo and Vulcan 7 systems. ? Enter detailed notes into the CRM. ? Utilize all lead/prospect tracking spreadsheets or systems provided by the Team. ? Achieve a minimum goal of three listing presentations per week after 45 days. ? Role play scripts and objection handlers for 30 minutes every day. ? Submit a record every day of number of dials, leads, and appointments set. ? Project a gracious attitude toward all leads/prospects while on the phone and always thank each lead/prospect for their time. ? Build relationships with customers and always approach them with great respect, ask questions to determine their needs. ? Promptly communicate with Team management anything that causes discomfort as it relates to the work environment. ? Attend training sessions, conference calls, and meetings as deemed necessary by the Team. Necessary Skills and Attributes: ? Confident and clear on phone with professional tonality at all times. ?
