Seeking a great general VA to join our team! You’ll be responsible for LinkedIn message campaigns, content design, video editing, customer service, and more.

Evolve Communities is based in Sydney, Australia. The team at Evolve Communities provides interactive Indigenous Cultural Awareness Trainings and tools by accredited Indigenous facilitators. About You

As a virtual assistant for Evolve Communities, you will assist the team with operations and marketing. You’ll be responsible for LinkedIn message campaigns, content design, video editing, customer service, and Upgrade to see actual infomunity-centric: You are willing to become familiar with who we are and what we strive to do. And more importantly, you are excited about our company’s mission and eager to contribute meaningfully as a team member.

Strong Written English: You will be in charge of sending and replying to LinkedIn direct messages for sales leads and replying to community messages on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual infofortable with technology: You’re computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools as we adopt them. Experience with Canva, video editing software, and CRM tools is necessary for this role.

Reliable: You’re meticulous with detail, extremely organized, good time management, process-oriented, and have a great hold with project management.

Creative: You have a good eye for design (professional experience not required) and are committed to representing our brand and Upgrade to see actual infoom graphic design to video editing, you enjoy creating beautiful and effective marketing assets.

Familiarity/expertise with Ontraport CRM a big PLUS.

Job Details:

- Full-time role with a two month trial period; no moonlighting.
- 40 hours per week
- Available online from 10 AM - 3 PM (AEDT)
- Ability to work with tools such as Canva, Video Editing Software, Ontraport, Gmail, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Job Requirements:

- Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, a smartphone, and a computer.
- Comfortable learning new online software (if not familiar with some of the above)
- Highly organized and task-oriented.
- Extremely timely with delivery of tasks.
- Ability to gain familiarity with our programs and philosophy is a must.
- The ability to communicate and work with our team members.
- The ability to grow with our team and the dynamic nature of our work.
