Social Media Community Manager

You will be responsible for growing our owned online communities (hosted on our WordPress) and our online communities on third party social media platforms (Pinterest, Quora, Reddit etc).

Specific Responsibilities include:
- Ensure new users signup weekly on our owned community
- Interact with community members from both our platform as well as third party platforms
- Encouraging all of our community members to become more active
- Curate content from various platforms across the internet and repost them in our owned community
- Repurpose popular threads as formatted blog posts on our WordPress
- Reach out to influencers within our industry and ask them to collaborate with our community
- Monitor data from social media accounts as well as well do keyword research, trend spotting and analyze accounts with similar content across different platforms
- Participate in social media team hiring by filtering first round screening and setting up interview times candidates' second round interviews with Social Media Marketing Director
- Supervise our foreign language community management teams


Eligibility:
- Comfortable with European work hours (Philippines Time 4pm - 1am)
- Highly experienced with online community management
- Proficient in WordPress and Elementor Pro
- Appealing portfolio that showcases your work
- Data driven with strong sense of logical thinking
- Enjoys reading up on latest trends of social media platforms and updates to algorithms
- Understands appealing design styles, and knows how to use Canva, tools such as Photoshop will be a plus but not required

1. How will you drive traffic from Pinterest, Quora and Reddit onto our owned community as well as growing our user base?
2. What are some creative ways to encourage users stay active on our owned community?
3. What is your experience with WordPress blog post formatting?
