Paralegal/lawyer

Our firm is looking for a paralegal to work during U.S. Business hours. The ideal candidate will be a licensed lawyer in the Philippines. This paralegal will have client contact and be responsible for gathering information for responses to court filings, maintaining and organizing client files, calculating and docketing due dates, and drafting discovery requests, drafting and reviewing discovery responses, drafting motions, performing research, and maintaining client relationships. Must have advanced fluency in written and spoken English.

This position requires a windows based PC with at least 8 gigs of RAM and an i7 processor and a phone headset. There are no exceptions to this. Applicants should send a resume/cv, writing sample, and a recording of their voice speaking English.

We pay 13th month, observe all Philippine Holidays and provide a stipends for SSS and Philhealth.
