Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Construction

I am looking for a quantity surveyor/estimator. You should have experience with measuring and pricing construction trades. The tasks I have are mainly focused on preparation of cost plans (trade/elemental) and bills of quantities. You should also have experience working on variations and doing progress claim valuations.

This role is ideal for someone with around 5-10 years experience or more that is very capable in quantity surveying/estimating, when applying please state your level of experience and Upgrade to see actual info would be appreciated if you could clarify on your past experience - PQS firms/builders/subcontractors.

Any experience on services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and the finance side such as property depreciation will be an added benefit, but not essential.
