Freelance EXPERT Web Designer (WordPress)

I am looking for a very talented web designer to join my agency and help craft websites from start to finish. This person must have a good portfolio built up with a proven track record for custom website designs built on WordPress. The person I am looking for is someone that can take a client's deliverables and create the design as well as the implementation of the website completely from scratch. I am looking to do a price per project agreement with you so you will essentially be just a freelancer.

Requirements:
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Must have an expert understanding of Elementor
- Must have a working knowledge of other front-end builders like Beaver Builder and Divi
