The role of the Customer Care Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction for all company promotions. A successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for assisting consumers with the ability to manage multiple projects for a few brands. To manage rewards and gift orders and enter date and customer information accurately with solid writing and English understanding.
