Loan Processor / Underwriter

We are seeking an individual with residential mortgage loan processing experience, familiar with Salesforce. We are a US private lender for both residential and commercial loans. You’ll be working closely with our sales team, managing the mortgage process from loan submission through to closing. The loan processor/underwriter will submit files in addition to providing excellent customer service to compliment a great fit with our team. This full time position duties and responsibilities are outlined below.

Verify all submitted documentation to ensure application is complete and accurate. Obtain additional docs as needed. Quickly respond, reply and request needed docs from each principal party involved (lender, processor and team - AE’s, etc.), via email or phone. Verify all information is complete and accurate. Assemble and complete loan package in proper order for underwriting or pre-approval. Ability to follow-up consistently and keep track of pipeline progress in a logical and systematic manner. Keep all parties updated on the loan process from start to finish. Receive and review files from our brokers.
Validate documentation submitted and identify any potential issues that may arise in Upgrade to see actual infoanize and Label docs in our Google Drive and Salesforce. Learn various lender programs and requirements. Maintain knowledge of the loan submission process for each of our Investor Partners. Products (Fix and Flip, 30 Year Fixed, Multi-family, Cash out/Refi, Ground Up, Commercial).

To work with us, you MUST:

Be reliable and well organized
Great English both writing and speaking skills
Have reliable internet with a download speed of 20 MBPS
Have a desktop or laptop with preferably 4GB of RAM
You SHOULD know your way around Salesforce / Google G suite
You MUST be available during normal business hours 9am - 6pm (Eastern Standard Time)

Follow directions and meet job requirements
