Real Estate Investing VA

We are looking to expand our team and scale our business. We are looking for a go-getter VA/Sales specialist who is goal oriented and wants to be in control of his or her own financial gains. Training materials will provided, little to experience is okay.

We are currently seeking an individual to work part-time for next 30-60 day with the opportunity to transition to full-time after probation/trial period.

*scripts, forms, crm, software will be provided

Primary daily tasks will include the following, but not limited to:

1. Review CRM notes and place outbound calls to homeowner leads to discuss their properties
2. Negotiate with homeowners to reach final offer
3. Anticipate and overcome all homeowner objections
5. May be required to set appointment for local team member to capture additional property details
4. Obtain contract/lock up property over the phone******This is your main objective, TO GET CONTRACTS SIGNED******
5. Ability to run accurate market and property analysis
6. Bi-weekly team checkpoint meetings via skype


*Additional tasks may include continued communication with homeowner until closing date, communication with closing agents.

*pay is $3.00hr/usd Plus multiple bonuses based off performance
*A Great deal of your salary will come from bonuses guaranteed from closed deals
*opportunities for advancement into leadership/management roles based on performance
