T-Shirt Design Creator

Hello,
I am looking for a T-Shirt Design Creator for Merch by Amazon. Part time (40h/month, 10h/week). The payment will be 3$ per Upgrade to see actual infosigns can be created with Photoshop, GIMP, Affinity Designer or Adobe Illustrator.
The Designs shall be simple like those in the following links:
