We are looking for trustworthy and hardworking applicants to join our company. We are a company based in UK who processes accounting services to clients, delivers webinars , engages in business growth & expansion
Tasks are as follows:
*Bookkeeping
- Work on Quickbooks
- Work on Xero
- Investment Researching
- Strategic Planning
- Financial Management & Forecasting
- Task Management
Note: Experience in Quickbooks and/or Xero or business analysis is an advantage.
*Payroll
- Communicating to clients through
- Monthly update of payslips
- Monthly filing of government forms
- Monthly filing of pension contributions
- Monthly filing of child support
Note: Experience in Brightpay and/or Moneysoft is an advantage.
* Business Analysis
- Gathering Key and core requirements
- Documenting Key Decisions
- Managing Product Backlogs for client and business
- Using Business Analyst Tools for key engagements
*Admin tasks
- Arranging meetings for the owner
- Attending meetings with the owner
- Attending webinars and sourcing company engagements
- Talking to clients through meetings or
- Other admin tasks and instant proactiveness
Future tasks may be included if you agree to take certain training. This could help you personally, and the company's growth.
There will be a lot of training, so we are looking for someone who will stay on a long term period with the company.
