Job Description – Bookkeeping role
Bank reconciliation – Main Account
Bank reconciliation – Credit Card account
- Making sure debits and credits are applied to the correct Account
- Ensuring all payments have a receipt or invoiced filed against each payment
- Checking if GST is applicable
Debtors
- Raise Ad Hoc invoices as they come in
- Processing Monthly invoices using Google Docs Spreadsheet (actually twice monthly as some are invoiced 1st Month other end of the month)
- Adding New Customers
- Editing Customers as required
- Debtors Management
Creditors
- Process Creditor invoices, (they need to be approved before keying)
- Convert Draft invoices to invoice ready for payment
- Added New Creditors
- Edit Creditors as required
- Run Creditor payment report monthly – (ready for payment)
Payroll
- EGS Fortnightly Payroll - NZ
- PHP Payroll via Paypal
- Anwar via Payoneer – exchange calculations and processing in Exo
- Kollab Weekly Payroll
- Adding Leave
- Adding New Employee
- Filing Monthly Leave Liability reports Pat SD (I could keep this?)
- Making changes to Kiwisaver as needed
GL structure – adding, amending (this will need to be monitored, they will need to understand Chart of Accounts)
Journals - Moving out of one GL code into another GL Code
Google Docs and Excel knowledge
- Transferring Xero actuals to google sheets forecast & budget
- Constructing & sense checking formulas inside Google Sheets to make sure all data is flowing accurately
- Modelling sales forecast scenarios
- Updating employee details inside Google Sheets
