Duties:
Promptly respond to guest inquiries over messaging
Customize automated scheduled messages to guests
Schedule housekeeping staff according to reservation schedule
Skills:
Posses excellent written English skills (Near native English ability)
Internet savvy
High aptitude for learning new software. (Airbnb, SmartBNB, and Properly)
Very organized
Able to follow video and audio instructions by owner and document it in written form to create usable manuals to train other future customer service reps.
Requirements:
College educated
Highly proficient written English
Must have reliable high speed internet
High energy, positive attitude, eager to help grow business
Go-getter personality - Takes initiative, suggests better ways of doing things, goes beyond what was asked
Maintain continuous contact via chat with the business owner throughout day
Write a daily report of challenges, things learned, and goals.
Must be available full-time and have no other
Hours/Days:
7 am - 3 pm California Time (10 pm - 6 am Manila Time)
Wednesdays and Thursdays (California Time
Pay: $2.50/hour USD
Paid 1 week trial
Growth Opportunity:
Possible pay increase after 3 month probationary period
