JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Technical Virtual Assistant
Type of Position: Full-Time
Work Time Zone: Be available for client communication between the hours of 4AM - 12PM (local time in the Philippines) Tuesday-Saturday.
Requirements: High-speed internet access; Attend monthly team meetings via Zoom in Client’s time zone.
Daily Reporting and Accountability: This is proprietary work and therefore you would be responsible to complete the tasks. You will not have a Upgrade to see actual infoChix will be your only client.
Daily Updates: We require daily updates via Trello or email
Daily Updates Will Have: Daily Big 3 tasks they are working on, Other tasks they are working on that day, Status of the tasks, task notes, quick description of any roadblocks they had, and quick summary of the time spent on each task
Trial period: 60 days (during trial period, team member will not accrue sick or vacation time)

Work Description: Content repurposing of the BizChix Podcast and Stacking Your Team Podcast and Zoom processing

BizChix will provide you with fully edited podcast episodes of the BizChix and Stacking Your Team podcast. You will listen to the podcast and create a content repurposing plan. Your plan will always align with BizChix branding, style and tone of voice – fonts, colors, logos, terminology etc.

The standard outputs for every episode will be:
Show notes/blog post for the podcast episode – intro, key discussion points, next steps and important links
Artwork/blog post image for the post on the BizChix website
2 social media graphics – 1 different social graphic design created in formats for

Facebook
and Instagram (2 images in total)

Content Publishing for every episode will include:
Upload the podcast episode to Libsyn including show notes.
Publish the show notes, and the podcast episode player and artwork onto the relevant
podcast page on the BizChix WordPress website.
Write copy for the social posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to an agreed schedule.
Post content to social media (via 3rd party social media tool Buffer).

Zoom processing will include:
Process all recorded Client calls in Zoom by downloading and uploading the audio file, video file and transcript file to Dropbox
Follow naming conventions and file management process

Skill Sets Required:
Skills and experience using: WordPress, Libsyn, Canva, Dropbox, GSuite (bonus if you have used Trello and Buffer)
Fluent in English with strong communication skills and know-how that helps facilitate respect, ease and flow with your client and her extended team.
Enjoy working with a fast-paced, collaborative Upgrade to see actual infolm under pressure and comfortable when priorities Upgrade to see actual infopelled to provide high follow through on tasks, inquiries, and suggestions.
Understanding the needs of an online entrepreneur who leads a full life, has family commitments, and who also embraces a holistic Upgrade to see actual inforigued about the continual improvement of systems and work processes and love to master technology.

Time off: BizChix will offer 2-weeks paid vacation per year, US Federal Holidays, and 4 floating holidays per year (floating holidays must be approved in writing 30 days in advance).

13th-month: As a full-time team member, BizChix will pay the thirteenth salary as a monetary benefit at the end of the year.
