Experienced bookkeeper with great knowledge of QuickBooks

I’m looking for a bookkeeper with experience using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. This is a full-time position in which you will help me maintain the monthly books for my clients. Although I don’t mind doing some training, I certainly need you to have experience using QB and understanding the full accounting cycle.

Tasks include:
-Data entry of all bank accounts (most are through the bank feed, while others are manual)
- Data entry of credit card transactions
- Bank Reconciliation
-Preparation of quarterly reports for clients

About Me:
My name is Gretchen Espinosa, I’m a CPA and I own a small practice in South Florida since 2015. Most of my clients are small businesses that I provide accounting, payroll, and tax preparation services for. I want to keep the current clients that I have and keep getting new ones, however, I want to focus more on the area of tax resolution, which is why I need someone that can take care of all the books for my clients. I have approximately 30 companies that I provide accounting services for. The goal is to work on the accounting during the year so that in the first week of January everything is done and I can just focus on preparing the tax return.
