URGENTLY NEEDED! Full-Stack Developer for Sugar and Flour

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our marketing communications agency, Refocus Marketing is a niche marketing agency providing a wide range of marketing and sales support services to independent optometrists in Australia. Two of its affiliate companies are:
• Opticare – a company that manufactures optical lenses as well as supply clients with frame + lens packages and other optical equipment since 1984.
• Sugar&Flour – a startup managing an upcoming website app designed for bakery businesses can get hired by customers who are looking for cakes and other desserts.


ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full-Stack Developer who will develop the Sugar&Flour website app from scratch using our preferred technology stack. We have a list of features, we have the sitemap and wireframing done, but we are developing the concept more as we go, and we want the successful candidate to be actively involved in that process.

The successful candidate will work alongside a cross-functional team but closely with the Director, Marketing Manager, and a Software Developer.

You have to be results-oriented, time-conscious, organised, and professional most especially because you will be working as part of a remote team.

The Full-Stack Developer will work part-time at 20-30 hours per week.

Working hours are flexible but we do require the successful candidate to:
• Render hours anytime between 9 AM to 6 PM Mondays, AEST.
• Attend the weekly team meeting every Thursday, 3 PM, AEST.


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 5+ years of Python development experience.
2. 3+ years Laravel.
3. 3+ years Vue.
4. Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies.
5. Proficient in coding using PHP 7.0+.
6. 2+ PostgreSQL experience.
7. 3+ years CSS.
8. Must know how to use Git.
9. Big project (150+ tables) work experience.
10. Should be able to create an app from ground app.
11. Previous experience in developing SaaS software is a plus.
12. Work with a cross-functional team to launch Sugar&Flour within the given timeframe.
13. Perform unit, functional, and integration tests, and resolve trouble tickets.
Upgrade to see actual infolf-motivated; can work with minimal supervision but is ready with reports/updates whenever asked.
15. Good communication skills both oral and verbal.
16. Conscious of project timelines, with good time management skills, and is able to consistently meet deadlines.
17. Ability to multi-task.
18. Participate in design discussions, reviews, and meetings.
19. Pro-active, high-attention to detail, professional, and time-conscious.
20. Collaborative – integrates information across the company

22. Always willing to learn and to be mentored.
23. Available until the end of February 2021.
24. Is willing to do a preliminary test with us as part of the screening process.


*This job role is fully remote.
*Open to all PH-based developers.
*The test includes three mini coding challenges and three open-ended questions and will take place on our coding test Upgrade to see actual info will require 2.5 hours of your time. If you finish the test, you will be paid PHP1,000. If you pass the test, you advance to the next step of the screening process which is an interview with us. Thank you.
