Hey there, Rockstar Community Manager!

I am CEO of CONQUER® - one of the fastest growing coaching companies in the US, that helps home service business owners grow and automate their companies. We have experienced rapid growth over the last year, and we are growing our team and are looking for a full-time Community Manager & copywriter to be a part of our family.

You will be responsible for keeping engagement high among our clients. Creating original text and video content, writing STRONG email copy, managing posts and responding to clients in a timely manner. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable posting video content with high energy and excitement. (We will outfit you with video equipment/lighting etc.)

Below is a list of potential tasks on a day-to-day basis :

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, posts and newsletters)
- Collaborate with other teams, like our full-time graphic designer, marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to ALL social media queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook Upgrade to see actual info cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Be able to communicate with customers as CONQUER®
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Write email newsletters and copy
- Research interesting articles and topics that are relevant to home service professionals
- Interview our certified coaches and create video content
- Write and publish our Blog
- Write funnel and landing page copy

Skills
- Hands on experience in content management
- EXCELLENT copy writing skills - with a specific skillset in copywriting that SELLS.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Comfortable creating videos and original content (FB live, interviews and written posts)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate with customers as Executives
- Familiar with Clickfunnels, Infusionsoft or other automation CRMs.
